Splashes of color

Bethany made a splash across the stage today.

I'm in a little denial about that.
Ben had the same teacher last year.
We truly hate to leave her behind,
but we must.

And speaking of color (and Bethany)...
there will be an unveiling before long!

 Sometimes it's worth a little half mile trek to watch the sun set over a lake.

I was surprised when the kids thought so too.

Although they brought along a little added entertainment.

Homework.  And a book.
But Bethany collected a goose feather and some pretty flowers
before she started reading.
