Fourteen

DSC_0292

I can hardly believe

DSC_0278

it's been fourteen years.

Where once he looked for baseball cakes,
tiger cakes,
football cakes,
and race car cakes,

this year, he requested chocolate peanut butter.
Much tastier, trust me.

Thank you Pinterest.

Who knew ganache is really not too difficult after all?

The perfect complement to a BBQ bacon burger.
With Fritos on top.  That's how he rolls.

Made to order!

Thanks! He has changed so much this year--along with all the other boys his age. There is still plenty of little boy inside, though. :-)

Oh my...all of a sudden those pictures of a sweet little boy have morphed into pictures of a teenager! I've never seen you in real life and we've never spoken and yet I feel as if I've been a part of his life since I've watched him grow up these last few years. I think I'm an Internet grandmother. :). Blessings, Marlene

I remember when you posted your cake on facebook. I was smitten then! And I am doubly smitten now.
