I'm so excited--we're ready to sign up for the swapping of sweet treats! (And yes, non-cookie treats are acceptable as long as they are yummy!) Please put the name of your recipe in the name space, and link to the specific post with your recipe so that people can come back and check later. It's never too late to link!
Then, go visit the other recipes (be sure to say hello while you're there!), and pick one to try!! Don't forget to tell your friends--they can join the fun anytime!
P.S. Hello to all of you 2010 visitors. I've noticed an influx of you visiting from over at June's place. Sorry the linky is outdated, but if you click on the link above, it looks to me like the links are still good. The recipes are too! Trust me. ;-)
Whew--it looks like Mr. Linky is working! This is the first time I've tried him. Thanks so much for playing along!! Can't wait to come visit your kitchens. I'll bring the coffee!
ReplyDeleteOh, num. I already see some good ones!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting this, I can't wait to try some new goodies. Hope it is okay that I did fudge instead of cookies- I promise it is yummy.
ReplyDeleteHi Tracy, this is such a good idea! I am thinking about whether I have any good recipes to share, and then wondering what to do about the measurement conversions! A cup ain't a cup where I come from!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by over at my place. Your melt-aways sound delicious.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea!!! I am going to play along with my caramel bars and come back later to read everyone else's. Thanks:-)
ReplyDeleteYay for Mr. Linky! And I got Google to work last nite, too, so All Is Right with the World. Were you a tad nervous yesterday during the Vikings-Lions game? The Pack lost again. *sigh*
ReplyDeleteScarlet O'hara stole my recipe! Now I feel sheepish posting the same one. I'm not too much of a cookie person, but I'll see what else I can pull out of my hat.
ReplyDeleteNo worries, Caroline--everyone wants to make sure to share the best ones!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter actually acquired a few good recipes when she took Home-Ec...Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteTracey, I think I messed up and added my name a second time. Can you take it off #11. oops. I'm not use to this new linky stuff.
ReplyDeleteAll of these look good. I'm going to pass along to a few others to check it out.
I love all this sweet stuff.
Thanks for such a good idea!
ReplyDeleteMy week is NUTS with the kid's play, but I'll be sure to cruise around and look at cookie recipes. Baking will have to wait till next week!
great idea, Tracy! I'm going to come back and check out all these links when I get ready to make my cookies.
ReplyDeleteso fun! i love the cookie exchange! :) thanks for doing this!
ReplyDeleteI have mine up!!! Going to look at everyone else's now! What fun!
ReplyDeleteI finally got mine up! Did it today!
ReplyDeleteWaffle cookies
This is a great idea and it looks like we will be busy baking. We have tried to explain to our friends here in Costa Rica in our broken spanish how to do this, but it just is not working! Thanks for helping us with the holiday spirit even when it is 80 degrees and sunny outside.
ReplyDeleteHow fun! 'Tis the season to be ... chubby!
ReplyDeletewhat a super fun thing to do! so creative. when i worked in the big people world, we always did this and it was sooo fun! thanks for stopping by my blog today!
ReplyDeleteI am still in birthday party mode around here, but I linked a recipe for peanut butter balls that can be shaped into all kinds of designs. I can't wait to see all the other great recipes, although maybe I should wait until after dinner so I don't spoil my appetite with sweets before supper!
ReplyDeleteFun cookie swap! Thanks for hosting, Tracy!
ReplyDeleteMmmmm I might have to go visit all these ladies. I love me some good cookies - esp at Christmastime!
ReplyDeleteCame from Destini's blog...I love new recipes. Mine is for buckeyes.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun idea! I LOVE cookie exchanges. Can't wait to read the great ideas. I think I'm too late, so I'll just say here that there's a great recipe for chocolate/coconut candy (tastes like Mounds bars :) ) on my blog, www.queenofthecastlerecipes.com. Now, I'm off to explore all the treats here. Thanks for hosting.
ReplyDeleteI found this over at Kerri's and had to put in a recipe! I'm off to go check out everyone else's.
