When brokenness is brought to light
it just might be an opportunity
to see things in a way
to discard the pieces and move on,
when they could be used instead to create
something new and beautiful.
"Therefore we do not lose heart.
Though outwardly we are wasting away,
yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.
For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us
an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but what is unseen.
For what is seen is temporary,
but what is unseen is eternal."
2 Corinthians 4: 16-18

what a heartfelt beautiful post. I love the way you tell it with photos :)
nevermind the beautiful spiritual insight here ... what a way to take glass reflections to a whole 'nuther level!!! :-D
This is so lovely, Tracy! Amazingly pretty. I would have never thought of taking pictures of broken glass.
P.S. This crash happened in the middle of the night. No football throwing teenagers were involved.
